Mission: to help individuals achieve their potential and continue doing the things that bring them joy and good health.

Meet Katie Fenlon, DPT

founder and owner of Heights PT

Katie received her doctor of physical therapy (DPT) degree in 2005.  Her experience includes working with pediatrics all the way to seniors. Katie has worked in hospitals, transitional care settings, outpatient clinics, and most recently in homecare.  While working in homecare Katie realized the vast benefits of working with patients in their own homes.  Besides the convenience of in-home therapy, it also allows the therapist to tailor the patient’s program to his/her living environment. This individualized approach enhances accountability, makes the rehab process more efficient, and better results are achieved.

Katie has a passion for helping individuals achieve their goals and potential.  While working in homecare under the Medicare system, Katie realized more of her time was spent writing notes and doing administrative tasks, then actually providing therapy and helping her patients.  Katie decided to avoid the Medicare system, and therefore be able to provide patient centered care that focuses on in person, in-home, and individualized time supporting and educating her patients.

How It Works:

Step 1:

Call to schedule a free in-home evaluation with a licensed physical therapist.

Step 2:

You and your physical therapist will create a plan of care based on your goals and the findings of your evaluation.

Step 3:

Follow-up PT visits in your home

Step 4:

Discharge from services whenever you want. There is no set amount of visits, this is individualized based on your goals and progress.
